2009-2011 Strategic Plan

Oak Hill School has completed our Strategic Plan for 2009-2011. The creation of this strategic plan was an eight-month long, school wide project, resulting in a plan spanning thirteen areas and adopted by the Board of Trustees on June 9th, 2009. The plan facilitates the school to be both purposeful and comprehensive in its work, keeping the big picture in mind behind the details we are to carry out each day. It is intended that this strategic plan be a living document, that it reflect actualities and be flexible while keeping the school on track and looking forward. The progress of the plan will be evaluated twice annually, with goals reviewed in June of each year, by the Strategic Plan Committee of the Board. The process of creating a new plan will take place during the 2011-2012 school year.
